rise and shine

Good morning!

Today I'm serving freshly baked carrot bread for breakfast.
Yummy!



Ingredients
4 1 / 2 dl wheat flour
3 dl rågsikt
3 dl graham flour
1 1 / 2 dl rolled oats
1 / 2 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons flaxseed
1 1 / 2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1 / 2 tablespoons bicarbonate
2 dl milk
3 dl sour milk or natural yogurth
1 dl honey
3 dl grated carrots

Mix all flours, oats, flaxseed, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Then add everything else. Mix well and pour batter into 2 pcs oblong greased molds. Bake in 170-degree oven for 50 minutes. Let loaves cool for a while in the molds before hinders you from them.
Voila!
This is my absolute favorite breakfast bread, tasty and juicy.

Now I'm off for a long walk along the coast line in a sunny Stockholm for a photoshoot with my friend Frida who's here for a few days :)

  2. Mmmmm det brödet måste jag prova, men en fråga baking soda och baking powder är inte det bakpulver båda två, eller är det kanske bikarbonat och bakpulver. /Lotta

  3. ojoj gick lite fort i morse, men ändrat nu bakpulver o bikarbonat ska det ju vara ;)
